Snack Catch ("the game") is published by The Tech SLP LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data the game and the services it uses collect, why, and the choices you have.
Summary
- You do not need an account to play. The game never asks for your name, email, phone number, contacts, photos or precise location.
- Your progress is saved on your device.
- The game shows ads (optional rewarded ads, and some ads between levels after the early game) and offers optional in-app purchases. To do that, measure the game and fix crashes, it uses the third-party services listed below.
- We do not sell your personal information for money. Some ad partners may use device identifiers for personalized advertising where the law and your choices allow it (see "Your choices").
- The game is intended for a general audience aged 13 and over. It is not directed to children.

Third-party services
- AppLovin MAX (ad mediation) and the ad networks it works with in this game: AppLovin, Meta Audience Network, Unity Ads, Liftoff (Vungle), Pangle, InMobi, Mintegral, DT Exchange, Bigo Ads and Moloco. Privacy: applovin.com/privacy (partner list and links: applovin.com/partners).
- Tenjin (install attribution and revenue measurement): tenjin.com/privacy
- PostHog (product analytics, US region): posthog.com/privacy
- Sentry (crash reporting, US region): sentry.io/privacy
- Apple App Store / Google Play (payments, notifications delivery): Apple apple.com/legal/privacy, Google policies.google.com/privacy
- Google User Messaging Platform (consent prompt in the EEA, UK and Switzerland): policies.google.com/privacy
Your choices
- Tracking on iOS (ATT): the game asks once whether apps may track you. If you choose "Ask App Not to Track", the IDFA is not shared, and ads are not personalized using it. You can change this any time in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
- EEA, UK and Switzerland: before any personalized ads, the game shows Google's consent form (UMP). You can accept, reject or choose per purpose, and change your choice later with "Privacy choices" in the game's Settings (tap the pause button during a level). If you decline, you still see ads, but they are not personalized.
- Android: you can reset or delete your advertising ID in Android Settings > Privacy > Ads.
- Notifications: the game may ask to send reminders after your first win. You can turn them off in your device settings at any time.
- Ads between levels: the "No Ads" purchase removes them. Rewarded ads are always optional.
Retention
- Analytics events (PostHog): kept for the retention period of our PostHog plan, and then deleted or aggregated.
- Crash reports (Sentry): kept for the retention period of our Sentry plan.
- Attribution data (Tenjin): kept for as long as needed for measurement under Tenjin's retention settings.
- Game progress stays on your device until you delete the game.
Children
Snack Catch is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example the EU/EEA, UK, California and other US states), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your data, to object to or restrict processing, and to opt out of targeted advertising. Because the game does not use accounts, tell us the device you play on and roughly when you played, and we will work with you to find your data. We respond within the time the law requires. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Legal bases (EEA/UK)
Consent for personalized advertising and tracking; legitimate interests for analytics, crash reporting, fraud prevention and non-personalized ads; performance of a contract for purchases.
International transfers
Our service providers may process data in the United States and other countries, under safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses where required.
Security
Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS). We keep the data we collect to the minimum needed for the purposes above.
Changes
We will post any change on this page and update the effective date.
