These terms apply to the Snack Catch game ("the game") and this website, published by The Tech SLP LLC ("we", "us"). By downloading or playing the game you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not play.
1. Who can play
The game is intended for a general audience aged 13 and over. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian should review these terms with you, and any purchase must be made with their permission.
2. Your licence to play
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and play the game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. If you got the game from the Apple App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. If you got it from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply.
3. Fair play
Please do not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the game, use cheats, bots or tools that interfere with it, or use it in any unlawful way. We may suspend features for anyone who does.
4. Coins and in-game items
The game has coins, outfits and other in-game items. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money or transferred, and are licensed to you for use in the game only. Your progress and items are saved on your device, so deleting the game deletes them. One-time purchases can be restored as described on our support page.
5. In-app purchases
The game is free to play and offers optional in-app purchases. Purchases are processed by Apple or Google under their terms, and the price is shown by the store before you confirm. Refund requests are handled by the store you bought from under its policies; you can contact us too and we will help where we can. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer law.
6. Ads and third-party services
The game shows ads, including optional rewarded ads, and uses third-party services for ads, measurement and crash reporting. Our Privacy Policy explains what data is used and your choices. We are not responsible for third-party ads, websites or services you reach from the game.
7. The game is provided "as is"
We work hard to keep the game fun and working, but we provide it "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We may update, change or retire features, levels or items at any time.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or progress, arising from your use of the game. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for in-app purchases in the game in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Our content
The game, its guests, art, music, sounds and the Snack Catch name and logo belong to us or our licensors. These terms do not give you any rights to them beyond playing the game.
10. Ending these terms
You can stop at any time by deleting the game. We may end or suspend your licence if you break these terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which The Tech SLP LLC is organized, except where the law of your country of residence requires otherwise.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date. If you keep playing after a change, the updated terms apply.
